TCLLF is proud to announce the launch of our first research grant sponsorship. This grant is designed to promote and support research in the area of T-cell leukemias and lymphomas. Please read the Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines thoroughly before completing and submitting an application.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicant must be a U.S. citizen
• Applicant must hold a Ph.D. or M.D. degree
• Applicant must be a maximum of three (3) years from graduation from U.S. fellowship program or completion of Ph.D.
• Research must take place at a U.S. Institution
• Research project must be relevant to the field of T-cell leukemia or lymphoma
• Maximum Institutional overheads/costs of 10%

Guidelines:

• Type all responses in the provided text boxes unless otherwise noted

• Follow the format recommendations (i.e., MM/DD/YYYY)
• List your most reliable e-mail address in section #1-- this is the address we will use to communicate with you regarding your application
• Do not leave any items blank. If necessary, type 'N/A' and state why the specific questions field is not applicable to you
• Upon submission, attach a copy of your CV along with three (3) letters of recommendation; one must be from your current Division/Department Chair, confirming sufficient time -- free of direct patient care -- to complete the project
• Print, scan and attach a PDF version of the first signature page and submit via e-mail together with the completed application form (PDF document), your CV, and letters of recommendation to: grants@tcellforum.com

Timeline:

• Application open: March 15, 2016
• Deadline: September 15, 2016, by 11:59pm EST
• Winner notified by: December 15, 2016
• Official Award: 9th Annual T-Cell Lymphoma Forum in January 2017
• Funding to begin February 1, 2017
• TCLLF will directly execute two (2) milestone payments, $25,000 each, on February 1, 2017, and February 1, 2018
